Plotinus Pictures was founded in 2022 by longtime Austin resident Daniel Schlomer. A newcomer to the filmmaking scene, Daniel Schlomer is both a writer and a director. He is the creative force behind Plotinus Pictures’ film endeavours, including the upcoming feature film GIVE ME BACK MY BICYCLE!

Plotinus Pictures’ debut project is a feature film called GIVE ME BACK MY BICYCLE! With a budget under $50,000, GIVE ME BACK MY BICYCLE! falls firmly under the “micro-budget” feature film category. The film is inspired by Austin’s great history of low budget independent cinema, including Richard Linklater’s Slacker and Robert Rodriguez’s El Mariachi.
